DUB studios residential projects include a broad range of homes inside and outside of California. Residential architecture includes remodels as well as ground-up single-family homes in Los Angeles, and loft renovations in New York City.
DUB studios commercial projects include a wide range of types and sizes, specifically within Durham, North Carolina. Our commercial projects range from small to medium restoration and revitalization projects, to loft conversions, to huge speculative mixed-use development projects that contain offices, hotels, condos, apartments, restaurants, retail, and shopping uses.
Dub studios is an environmentally conscious design firm. We pride ourselves in incorporating all green-building and recyclable materials into our architecture projects. We try to incorporate sustainable design principles into our designs and buildings, and specify environmentally-friendly building materials and environmentally friendly systems.
DUB studios takes on an integral role in the speculative development projects of our clients. Dub studios is the true Architect-Developer or Architect as developer. We assist clients and developers in initial property research, feasibility studies, market analysis, area analysis, site analysis, and then move on to overall site layout of programmatic needs and concepts and schematic design. Dub studios takes an active role in managing our client’s financial needs and goals within the speculative market. Several alternate schemes or designs are investigated in order to ensure maximum development potential and returns on investment.
DUB studios takes pride in our extensive research and our technical documentation allowing us to produce accurate construction drawings for our residential and commercial projects.
